Dark time in city centers, how to attract people to city centers
At the request of the city centres, we took up the challenge and organised a workshop where we discussed the attractiveness of city centres for dark and cold times.

At the beginning of October, a workshop was organized, where we brainstormed ideas on how we can attract people to city centres during the dark and cold season. At the beginning of the workshop, we heard presentations from Lumo Light Festival, Luleå Business Region, the City of Turku and the Three Rooms project as a basis for brainstorming. The workshop had participants from both sides of the border and, most gratifyingly, we also got young people involved in innovating. Thank you for all the participants!
